Shipping & Delivery

Where does KBliss ship?

We currently ship only within Canada. We do not offer delivery to US at the moment. We might as we grow!

How much does shipping cost, and how long will it take?

Canada Provinces
(Excluding Newfoundland & Labrador)

Express Delivery - 1-3 business days, cost = $20CAD

under $55CAD Standard Delivery 3-9 Business Days, cost = $16.95CAD

Over $55CAD Free Standard Delivery 3-9 Business Days

Can I pick up my order?

We offer order pick up at our local fulfilment site in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. Please select Pick Up option at checkout and you won't have to pay for shipping!

Pick up is available during weekdays and over the weekends from 4:30PM-7:30PM EST. 

If you require a different pick up time, please email kblisscanada@gmail.com with your order number to coordinate a pickup with us.

Orders

Will I receive email confirmation?

Yes! You will receive an email with your order confirmation shortly after you place your order. Please allow 10-15 minutes for the email to come in.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been shipped. In that email, there will be a tracking number.

You can track your order via the courier's built in tracking notifications.

Can I cancel my order?

Currently, we do not offer cancellations after the order has been shipped

Can I return my order?

Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons,all sales are final once shipped.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
