Collection: Damaged Barrier

A damaged skin barrier (stratum corneum) means its protective outer layer is compromised, struggling to keep moisture in and irritants out, leading to dryness, redness, sensitivity, flakiness, and stinging, often caused by over-exfoliating, harsh products, pollution, UV rays, extreme weather, stress, or poor diet, allowing moisture to escape and bacteria to enter, weakening the skin's defenses.
